  • Defined product vision & strategy for Carwow’s FCA-regulated payments platform

  • Partnered with senior leadership to align goals, priorities, and delivery timelines

  • Owned the project end-to-end, translating strategy into phased deliverables

  • Led end-to-end discovery, identifying user needs, pain points, and opportunities

  • Led design execution, delivering UX, UI, and prototypes

  • Prepared GTM assets, aligning product, marketing, and operations for launch

  • Collaborated with Legal and Finance to ensure compliance and scalability

Context

Carwow is a marketplace connecting car sellers with thousands of verified dealers across the UK who bid to purchase their vehicles.

At the time, payments between sellers and dealers were handled outside the platform, creating friction, delays, and operational overhead.

On average, dealers spent around 75 minutes of admin per purchase, from bidding to collection, with over half of that time devoted to payment processing, approvals, and coordination with finance teams.
