Context

Carwow is Europe’s largest marketplace for buying cars, with over 1.2 million cars purchased, 12+ million registered users, and 170+ million annual visitors across web and mobile.

To expand its offering, Carwow acquired Wizzle, a UK-based marketplace connecting car sellers with thousands of dealers who compete to buy their vehicles. Following the acquisition, Carwow began integrating and scaling Wizzle into its core B2C and B2B platforms, creating a seamless, end-to-end experience for both car buyers and sellers.

How I scaled a new business acquisition into a £2.7B marketplace, driving 700% revenue growth and improving user experience for 200,000+ sellers.
